What’s included in the room rental?
Each suite comes fully furnished with a desk, chairs, examination bed, sink, Wi-Fi, and access to shared amenities like waiting rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen facilities. Reception services are available at an additional cost.
Can I rent on a flexible or part-time basis?
Yes! We offer sessional, daily, and full-time rental options so you can choose a schedule that suits your practice — perfect for part-time specialists or growing practices.
Are the rooms suitable for medical use and regulatory compliant?
Absolutely. Our consulting rooms are purpose-built for medical professionals and meet clinical compliance standards, including privacy, hygiene, and accessibility requirements.
Is there reception or admin support available?
Yes — however, this will incur an additional cost. You will have access to a community manager for all your logistic needs such as arranging meetups with Family Clinic GPs.
Is there patient parking available?
Yes, there is a convenient onsite or nearby parking option for patients, along with accessible entry to ensure ease of access.
What types of practitioners do you cater to?
We welcome a wide range of healthcare professionals, including specialists, allied health (physio, OTs, dietitians, midwives), and mental health practitioners. We maintain a professional, multidisciplinary environment.
How do bookings and payments work?
Please visit our centre to view the consulting suites in person and find the right space for your needs. All rentals operate on a prepaid basis, with billing issued monthly on the 1st of each month.
Can I brand my space or display signage?
We offer discreet signage options and can discuss branding opportunities for regular renters, including directory listings and door name plates at an additional cost.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer flexible rental terms. Our agreements operate on a monthly basis, and only one month’s notice is required to end your tenancy.
